At FITRON – The Sports School, we track every child’s fitness journey with a structured, age-appropriate assessment program. Our two-tier assessment, conducted twice a year, helps us measure progress, identify strengths, and guide personalized development plans.

  • For our youngest learners, Pre-Fit focuses on basic motor skills and overall physical development:
  • Gross Motor Skills: running, jumping, hopping, and balance

  • Agility & Flexibility: fun age-appropriate exercises
  • Endurance & Stamina: playful fitness activities

  • For older children, Pro-Fit evaluates advanced fitness components:
  • Strength & Power: push-ups, pull-ups, leg strength exercises
  • Endurance: timed runs, shuttle tests
  • Speed & Agility: sprints, shuttle runs, and coordination drills
  • Flexibility & Balance: age-appropriate stretching and balance exercises
